日前，美國(guó)又爆出一大荒誕新聞：美國(guó)土安全部副發(fā)言人布里安·道爾因涉嫌從事通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)引誘少女行為，于4月4日被捕?，F(xiàn)年55歲的道爾于今年3月14日在網(wǎng)上看到了一名14歲“少女”的資料后，開始與其進(jìn)行色情談話，并且發(fā)送色情影片片斷和自己的照片。但是道爾萬萬沒有想到，這位“少女”是一名反電腦犯罪偵探假扮的。

報(bào)道中的Computer Crimes
detective是“反電腦犯罪偵探”，前面加了形容詞undercover則強(qiáng)調(diào)了這位偵探的真實(shí)身份“密探”。Undercover的英文釋義是：engaged
or employed in spying or secret investigation（做密探的），如：undercover FBI
agents（從事秘密調(diào)查的聯(lián)邦調(diào)查局密探）。在美國(guó)俚語中，undercover也可以直接作名詞，指“從事秘密工作的特工人員”。
另外，undercover也可指“performed or occurring in secret”（秘密進(jìn)行或發(fā)生的），舉個(gè)例子：To remain
undercover, he had to pretend to be Peluso's loyal servant, which meant
sacrificing his own dignity and
