Visiting different parts of China provides opportunities to experience great regional cuisines. I would certainly appreciate that both in Hohhot and beyond. Everything from steaming, delicious bowls of vegetable and mutton stew to the lamb barbecues washed down with copious quantities of local fiery drinks accompanied by loud, boisterous singing from waiters serving the dishes.
