Actors from the theatre club of Peking University and theatre academy of Dhaka University performed Tagore's classical play Chitra and sang and danced at the ceremony, which highly praised by the audience.
The "China Culture Month 2019" is an important event to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The Chinese embassy in Bangladesh will jointly organize a series of cultural, tourism, education and sports activities with local friendship associations, overseas Chinese and Confucius Institute in the next two months.
