TIANJIN - The 10th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the 7th National Special Olympics Games opened on Sunday evening in North China's Tianjin municipality.

The event will be held between August 25 and September 1. It is the first time that the two games will be held in the same city as the National Games of China.
