HYCAN, an all-electric car brand launched by GAC-NIO New Energy Automobile Co, has launched the presale of its mass-produced model in Guangzhou, the capital of South China's Guangdong province, according to the company.

The HYCAN 007, a SUV model that specifically features intelligent driving, will be mass produced in an intelligent and new energy industrial zone in Guangzhou.

The HYCAN 007 will officially hit the market in April this year, aiming to meet the increasing demand for the high-end, all-electric vehicle market, according to the company.

The GAC-NIO, which was jointly developed by the GAC Group, a major automobile maker in Guangzhou, and the smart EV startup Shanghai NIO Auto Co focus on research and development, and sales and services of intelligent connected NEVs.
