As a Xinjiang local, Kahar Bashir studied English in college and is the first to learn Mandarin in his family. Equipped with excellent language skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, Kahar founded an English training center for children in the city of Jinhua, located in East China's Zhejiang province. It was the first of its kind in Jinhua.
