Hunan sees breakthrough in river pathway construction

Workers attend the breakthrough celebration for the first tunnels of the Xiangyalu cross-river pathway in Changsha, Central China's Hunan province, on Jan 26. This breach is the largest of its kind among shield tunnels under construction in Hunan. The pathway is designed as a six-lane two-direction road with a speed limit of 50 kilometers per hour.
