Bullet trains arrive in cold Heilongjiang

Two sets of Fuxing bullet trains will serve China's northernmost province, Heilongjiang, as the peak of the annual Spring Festival travel rush arrives, China Railway Harbin Group said.
The trains — the most freeze-resistant and intelligent model of the Fuxing family so far — arrived Harbin on Monday and will run high-speed routes connecting Harbin to other cities in the province, including Qiqihar, Mudanjiang and Jiamusi after a series of tests and no-load trials.
The trains are the first of their type to run at the highest altitude and coldest region in China.
