France, China should adhere to resultful multilateralism, says French president

PARIS -- In a world full of challenges, France and China should adhere to resultful multilateralism, promote international solidarity, improve global governance and promote solutions to global issues, said French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday.

He made the remarks during a meeting with visiting Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
