Shandong event sees signing of 14 Taiwan-funded projects

Fourteen Taiwanese-funded projects were signed at the opening ceremony of the 27th Shandong-Taiwan Economic and Trade Cooperation Talks on Saturday, involving sectors including health care and intelligent equipment development and manufacturing.
During the three-day event held in Weifang, Shandong, attendees held talks on the topics of agriculture, cultural and tourism industry, health care, biopharmaceuticals, intelligent manufacturing and ready-to-eat food.
The event was jointly organized by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and the Shandong Provincial People's Government, aiming to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.
