However, as the conference nears its conclusion, significant disagreements persist between developed and developing countries regarding the new financial targets. This has sparked outrage among some attendees from the Global South. On Wednesday, they held a rally at the COP29 venue, chanting, "What do we want? Climate Finance!" and "Trillions, not billions!"
