Intl experts explore rural vitalization in Qingdao

A total of 23 young experts and scholars from 18 countries have paid a visit to Longquan subdistrict in Jimo district, Qingdao in East China's Shandong province.
They toured local supply and marketing cooperatives, a reception hall, and an ecological park, experiencing its intangible cultural heritage and observing the outcome of China's rural vitalization efforts.
"I think this place is a good example of how China has advanced in developing some small towns", said Luisalfredo Avila Lopez, a Mexican scholar, during the tour. He was impressed by how the Chinese government has improved the quality of life for residents.
