China showcases latest advances in metrology at Hunan exhibition
The 2nd Metrology Instrumentation and Equipment Exhibition opened on Tuesday in Hengyang, Hunan province, bringing together more than 230 exhibitors from across the country.
Organized by the China Metrology Association, the three-day event highlights the latest developments in metrology technology and industrial applications, while promoting international cooperation in the field. Covering 15,000 square meters, the exhibition features displays spanning industrial metrology, instrument manufacturing, system integration projects, smart laboratory solutions, and industry-specific measurement solutions.
One of the highlights is the high-voltage transformer wiring robot developed by the State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co Ltd, an innovation poised to revolutionize safety and efficiency in power infrastructure maintenance.
