The Forest Sleep Challenge was held at Dongping National Forest Park on Shanghai's Chongming Island on March 21. This fun competition aims to emphasize the importance of healthy sleep and provides cash rewards for participants who can sleep well. The core rule is to compete for sleep quality within seven hours, with a maximum prize of 3,000 yuan.
Bathed in sunlight, 43 participants slept on mattresses on the grass, with sleep trackers monitoring their quality and duration in real-time. During the competition, no part of the participant's body should exceed one-third of the mattress. Getting up, even for the bathroom, means instant disqualification.
