A 100,000-square-meter AI innovation incubation community has been launched in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, supporting the development of real-world AI technologies.
The platform focuses on intelligent vehicles, embodied AI, and industry-specific AI applications, serving more than 4,500 software and information technology companies. It aims to build a closely connected industrial ecosystem that brings together companies across the supply chain.
Liangjiang is consolidating resources and implementing policies to provide resident companies with data, computational power, real-world application opportunities, and financial support, attracting over 10 leading enterprises and 30 major projects, including the Iluvatar Corex semiconductor project.
Chongqing, a major national modern manufacturing base, covers 39 out of 41 major industrial categories in China, offering AI companies a wealth of real-world industrial applications. By 2030, the community aims to develop more than 100 AI use cases, attract more than 500 AI innovative enterprises, and bring in over 5,000 skilled professionals.
A local official said that the community will continue to enhance its software and hardware infrastructure and industrial ecosystem, aiming to set a benchmark for AI innovation incubation.
