He said Beijing will take actions to support Xiongan New Area to fulfill its own "duty".
He said the main tasks are to share resources on infrastructure, transportation and public services between Beijing and Xiongan New Area and to keep increasing Xiongan's attractiveness for facilities with non-capital functions and talents.
