Hong Kong stocks slightly up Thursday

Hong Kong stocks edged up 19.91 points, or 0.09 percent to close at 21,228.20 on Thursday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index receded more than 100 points before noon after a 125-point higher opening. The barometer then moved upward and fluctuated just above the previous closing.

Turnover remained low, totaling HK$57.30 billion?($7.38 billion).
