Mao Zedong made a report entitled "Reform Our Way of Learning" at the senior cadres' meeting in Yan'an on May 19, 1941. He deeply criticized the bad style of subjectivism in education and called on the Party to establish the Marxist style that integrates theory with practice and seeks truth from facts.
