Enjoying corn in more ways

Corn lovers will be thrilled to hear there are many new ways to enjoy this golden, healthy food.
Many corporations and manufacturers showcased their new corn products at the Third Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo in Jilin Province from September 2-6. Products showcased there included instant corn noodles, corn tea, and toothpicks made from corn.

The edible toothpick is made completely from corn flour and is biodegradable. This product has already been granted a patent.
According to its manufacturer, Yanbian Green Circle Co, Ltd, users can put the toothpick in their mouths for a few seconds before using it. That way it won't hurt the gums like wooden ones can.
For those who like eating corn and instant noodles, there's instant corn noodles. Connoisseurs can steep the noodles in boiling water for eight minutes or cooking them for a few minutes before eating.
Koreans like corn tea, which tastes just like popcorn. Usually this kind of drink is only found in Korean restaurants, but now people can buy it and make a cup anytime they like.
