Shoe factory burglarized and padlock is replaced

A shoe factory owner recently discovered that someone not only burglarized his business but the crook also replaced the padlock.

Zhou Shiqiang closed the business in June 2008 because things were slow and his security guard recently left.

"The thief not only stole my machines, but also changed the lock," Zhou said to police.

When Zhou went to his factory, his key couldn't open the lock. He managed to open the door and was surprised that everything was gone. They had a value of about 140,000 yuan ($20,438).
