A Denmark delegation from Copenhagen visited the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination January 29, 2008 to talk about the country’s participation at Expo 2010.

Huang Jianzhi, deputy director of the bureau met the delegation led by Klaus Bondam, vice mayor of Copenhagen. Huang introduced Expo site planning and construction updates of relevant facilities.

Bondam said Expo 2010 was all about urbanization and that Copenhagen has considerable experience in environmental preservation. He also hoped Copenhagen would showcase and share its experiences at the event.

The Denmark delegation was mostly high-ranking officials in charge of Copenhagen’s urban planning.
