The 18th CPC Central Committee, composed of more than 200 senior Party officials, will convene its third plenum from November 9 to 12 to discuss major economic and social issues concerning comprehensive reform.
Only when three things are done can reform be down-to-earth - vested interests are busted, inspection is applied and public satisfaction tops GDP to be the priority.
The Third Plenary Session of the CPC offers good timing to restructure taxation, a move vital to releasing a reform package. We'll watch and see.
