2014雙語(yǔ)讀兩會(huì)

中國(guó)人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議第十二屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)第二次會(huì)議在人民大會(huì)堂開(kāi)幕，俞正聲作政協(xié)常委會(huì)工作報(bào)告。

他在報(bào)告中指出，“平臺(tái)很必要，寬松和諧的環(huán)境更重要，在政協(xié)的各種會(huì)議和活動(dòng)中，要始終堅(jiān)持‘不打棍子、不扣帽子、不抓辮子’的‘三不’方針，提倡熱烈而不對(duì)立的討論，開(kāi)展真誠(chéng)而不敷衍的交流，鼓勵(lì)尖銳而不極端的批評(píng)，努力營(yíng)造暢所欲言、各抒己見(jiàn)的民主氛圍。”

Platforms are very necessary, but a relaxing and harmonious environment is more necessary. In all of the meetings and activities of CPPCC, we will always adhere to the principle of “Three don’ts”: don’t use a big stick, don’t label people and don’t pick on others’ faults. We will advocate heated yet non-confrontational debates, communicate sincerely not perfunctorily, encourage penetrating but not extreme criticism, and strive to create a democratic environment in which people can air their views freely.

“不打棍子、不扣帽子、不抓辮子”的官方譯法為don’t use a big stick, don’t label people and don’t pick on others’ faults?！安淮蚬髯印钡囊馑际遣粫?huì)粗暴對(duì)待持有批評(píng)意見(jiàn)的人，為了更加易于理解，我們也可以譯為don’t use a stick on someone offering criticisms。
