Li Xiaoming, a businessman from Beijing, has gone for self drive to Tibet every two or three years since 2002 and has been through most parts of Tibet. "I wish I could travel through the National Road 318 from the beginning to the end next year, having a final look at the scenery of the old way before the opening of the new road," said Li.
