Carrefour shortlists Tesco, Casino as potential unit buyers

HONG KONG - Carrefour SA, the world's second- biggest retailer, put Tesco Plc and Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA on a shortlist of potential buyers for its Southeast Asian units, a deal that may be valued at about $1 billion, said three people with knowledge of the matter.
