Copying our competitors overseas will never make Chinese tech companies any stronger. Instead, our strategy is to team up with top-tier IT corporations outside China to co-develop technologies, or buy some of their patents. Inspur will spend at least 1 billion yuan ($153 million) in overseas acquisitions in big data and cloud businesses.
