Lobster festival set for Friday ( 2003-08-26 11:48) (China Daily)
The Third Chinese Lobster Festival will be held in Shanghai on Friday, with 100 tons of lobster being prepared for local diners, Shanghai Youth Daily reports. Small lobsters have become a popular treat among the city's residents, but quality is of a concern at some area restaurants. The fresh lobsters to be featured at the festival will be cooked in 30 different ways.
