'Not guilty' for adding porn links

A court adjourned the hearing of a case involving a pornography website on
Thursday as counsel for the defence argued that a man who added porn website
links to a web page was not guilty of spreading obscenity, reports Beijing
Morning Post.
Eight people in charge of the Hua'ao Forum's website were detained earlier on
obscenity charges.
The eight forum operators are all highly educated people, including a
government official at a ministry-level institution and a second-year college
student.
A lawyer for defendant Zhang argued that Zhang should not be found guilty as
he had only added dozens of links to porn websites to the Hua'ao Forum's page,
which had received just 300 or so clicks.
