4 Chinese companies ink agreement on listing in Canada

At the promotional conference of the Canadian Stock Exchanges held in Beijing May 22, four domestic small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) signed an agreement with the famous Canadian investment organization Federal International Finance Inc on listing in Canada.
The four companies are Xi'an Landway Nano Biotechnology Co, Nantong Tongrun Commercial Cement Co Ltd, Xiangfen Sanxing Coking Industrial Co Ltd and Zhongchun Oil Co Ltd.
The Beijing-based Zhongchun Oil Co Ltd has the patent technology of Coal-to-Oil, which boasts a bright market future. And Xi'an Landway Nano Biotechnology Co leads domestic Nano pharmaceutical companies.
Wang Wengeng, board chairman of Landway, explained that for domestic and some overseas exchange listing-access barriers and costs are high. This is why his company chose the Canadian exchange.
The listing is also expected to enhance the company's reputation on the overseas market, Wang added.
