“生態(tài)文明” conservation culture
今年十七大報(bào)告中首次提出了“生態(tài)文明”的概念，要求加強(qiáng)能源資源節(jié)約和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)，增強(qiáng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。這也讓我們看到了，在精神文明、物質(zhì)文明、政治文明之外，生態(tài)文明也將成為國(guó)人的另一個(gè)建設(shè)目標(biāo)。
以下是新華社的英文報(bào)道：
"(We will) promote a conservation culture by basically forming an energy- and resource-efficient and environment-friendly structure of industries, pattern of growth and mode of consumption, " said Hu.
Hu added that China will have a large-scale circular economy and considerably increase the proportion of renewable energy resources in total energy consumption, bring the discharge of major pollutants under effective control and notably improve ecological and environmental quality.
"Awareness of conservation will be firmly established in the whole of society," Hu said.
胡錦濤說(shuō)，要建設(shè)生態(tài)文明，基本形成節(jié)約能源資源和保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增長(zhǎng)方式、消費(fèi)模式。循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)形成較大規(guī)模，可再生能源比重顯著上升。主要污染物排放得到有效控制，生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量明顯改善。生態(tài)文明觀(guān)念在全社會(huì)牢固樹(shù)立。
“生態(tài)文明”即“conservation culture”；“生態(tài)文明觀(guān)”為“awareness of conservation”。
