1.
merger / acquisition：合并/收購
That company lives by mergers and acquisitions. They just keep growing and
growing.

2. takeover：接收/接管
I think that company is ripe for a takeover. They have great market share but
they're in poor financial
condition.

3. leveraged buyout：融資收購
