怎樣寫日常訂貨信

訂貨（order）是買方為要求賣方供應(yīng)具體數(shù)量的貨物而提出的一種要求。此時(shí)，交易雙方之間的陌生感已消除，可以說已經(jīng)度過了接觸障礙和難關(guān)。
寫定貨信時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
?。?）開頭就直接說明訂購(gòu)的意圖。常用的句式有 Please ship..., Please send..., We would like to
order..., We would like to purchase..., 等等，明確說明你要購(gòu)買。
?。?）訂貨信應(yīng)包括你要購(gòu)買的商品的詳細(xì)情況， 包括商品的名稱、品質(zhì)、數(shù)量、包裝、價(jià)格條件、支付條件、裝運(yùn)方式以及需要對(duì)方提供的單據(jù)等。
（3）內(nèi)容必須準(zhǔn)確、清楚。不論是商品的價(jià)格還是商品的規(guī)格都應(yīng)做到準(zhǔn)確無誤，否則會(huì)帶來不必要的損失與麻煩。
