《黨章修正案》 amendment to the CPC Constitution
中共十七大昨日勝利閉幕，大會(huì)審議并一致通過(guò)十六屆中央委員會(huì)提出的《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程(修正案)》，大會(huì)一致同意將科學(xué)發(fā)展觀寫(xiě)入黨章。

Delegates to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) adopted a resolution on the amendment to the CPC Constitution to enshrine the "scientific outlook on development" and other strategic thoughts advanced.
The scientific outlook on development "takes development as its essence, putting people first as its core, comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development as its basic requirement, and overall consideration as its fundamental approach", reads the resolution on the amendment to the CPC Constitution, unanimously passed at Sunday's closing session of national congress.
This is the fifth amendment to the current edition of the Party Constitution, adopted at the 12th Party Congress in 1982.
大會(huì)審議并一致通過(guò)了《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程(修正案)》，并一致同意將科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和其他重要戰(zhàn)略思想寫(xiě)入黨章。
科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，就是全面、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀。第一要義是發(fā)展，核心是以人為本，基本要求是全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)，根本方法是統(tǒng)籌兼顧。
這也是自1982年黨的十二大以來(lái)對(duì)《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程》做出的第五次修改。
《黨章修正案》為“amendment to the CPC Constitution”；寫(xiě)入黨章可以說(shuō)“inscribe in the CPC Constitution”。另，黨章可以說(shuō)：the Party Constitution 或the CPC Constitution。
