第五輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話10日在華盛頓舉行氣候變化會(huì)議，中美確定下階段將在五大領(lǐng)域開展氣候變化合作。

China and the United States agreed to five new initiatives for collaboration on addressing climate change in Washington, DC, on July 10, the first day of the fifth round of the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED).

7月10日第五輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話第一天，中美就氣候變化合作方面的五個(gè)新的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃達(dá)成一致。

China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue（中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話）是中美雙方就事關(guān)兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性、長(zhǎng)期性、全局性問題而進(jìn)行的戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話（to exchange views on issues of strategic, long-term and overall significance in their bilateral relations），首輪對(duì)話于2009年7月在美國(guó)華盛頓舉行。

此次中美雙發(fā)就氣候變化合作（collaboration on addressing climate change）達(dá)成的五個(gè)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃包括： reducing emissions from heavy-duty and other vehicles（載重汽車減排）， increasing carbon capture, utilization, and storage（增加碳捕集利用和封存）， increasing energy efficiency in buildings, industry, and transport（提高建筑和工業(yè)能效）， improving greenhouse gas data collection and management（加強(qiáng)溫室氣體數(shù)據(jù)收集和管理），以及promoting smart power grids（推廣智能電網(wǎng)）。
