Using brain scans, researchers at Stony Brook University in New York have discovered a small number of couples respond with as much passion after 20 years together as most people only do during the early throes of romance, Britain's Sunday Times newspaper reported. 本周日英國泰晤士報報道，紐約州立大學石溪分校的研究者采用大腦掃描發(fā)現(xiàn)，少數(shù)夫婦在共同生活20年后仍然熱情不減，而這種熱情多數(shù)人只在浪漫愛情的早期有所體會。
The researchers scanned the brains of couples together for 20 years and compared them with results from new lovers, the Times said. 泰晤士報稱，研究者掃描了共同生活20年的夫婦的大腦，然后將結(jié)果與掃描新情侶的結(jié)果進行對比。
About 10 percent of the mature couples had the same chemical reactions when shown photographs of their loved ones as those just starting out. 當看到愛人照片的時候，大約有10%的成年夫婦產(chǎn)生的化學反應，與倆人當初相愛時一樣。
