It'sblingagain for Laura Bush's birthday. For the second year in a row, President Bush gave his wife jewelry for her birthday.
This year, it's a triple-strand necklace with amber-colored citrine.
The Bushes were celebrating Saturday night with four other couples over Mexican food at their Texasranch. The president and first lady reunited after two days campaigning separately for candidates in themidterm election.
Bush teased his wife during his rallies. "I'm not going to tell you her age," he said Friday in Iowa, "but we were both born in the same year, and I turned 60 this year."
Mrs. Bush celebrated her 59th birthday last year in Argentina, where she and the president were attending a Summit of the Americas. To mark that occasion, she was given a coconut cake aboard Air Force One and the president gave her a green glass stone necklace and matching earrings.
The Bushes have another reason to celebrate Sunday. It's their 29th wedding anniversary.
"The president and first lady will be spending that together tomorrow morning," press secretary Tony Snow said. He wouldn't speculate on whether the president is obligated to get another gift.

今年布什送給勞拉的生日禮物是一條琥珀色的三排珠水晶項鏈。
上周六晚，布什夫婦邀請四對好友在得克薩斯州的農場共享墨西哥大餐，為勞拉慶祝生日。而兩天前，夫婦二人還分別參加了中期國會選舉的競選運動。
布什上周五在愛荷華州的競選集會上開玩笑說：“我不告訴你們勞拉的年齡，不過可以透露一點，我們是同一年出生，我今年60歲。”
勞拉59歲的生日是在阿根廷度過的，當時，布什夫婦正在阿根廷參加第四屆美洲國家首腦會議。為了給勞拉慶祝生日，布什專門為她準備了一個椰子蛋糕，并在總統(tǒng)專機“空軍一號”上安排了一個生日會，還送上一條綠寶石項鏈和一對配套耳環(huán)作為生日禮物。
今年勞拉生日的第二天恰好是布什夫婦的29周年結婚紀念日，他們又可以慶祝一番了。
