A total of 21 enterprises from Zhongguancun attended this year's International Biotechnology Symposium (IBS) which opened in Chicago on June 23, according to the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park.
The symposium provided a platform for Zhongguancun biotechnology companies to seek mutually beneficial cooperation.
The enterprises showcased their latest products and technologies including lymphocyte separation liquid, the lymphocyte separation medium, serum-free medium, metal bath and large-scale cell culture technology at the exhibition area.
The IBS is an annual event that began in 1993. It strives to push forward the development of the bio-technology and pharmaceutical industry through professional exhibitions and lectures. With the goal of promoting international cooperation and boosting bio-industry growth, the IBS has developed into the most important symposium on bio-technology because of its amazing scale and high reputation.
