A competition on legal knowledge was recently held among staff members of local justice bureau, General Union and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zhenjiang city in East China’s Jiangsu province to raise their legal awareness.

The competition, with a theme on promotion of harmony through rule of law and achieving win-win growth, included a preliminary contest, an elimination contest and finals where eight teams contended for the championship.

Labor contract law and regulations on work-related injury insurance were included in competition questions. The contestants were required to answer within the prescribed time and use their divergent thinking to discover logical connections between seemingly unrelated words.

In the final part, three contestants from each team raced as individuals to be the first to answer questions, which made the atmosphere more exciting and the audience more involved.
