On November 18, DRC Vice President Liu Shijin met with a delegation of senior Iraqi officials headed by Dr. Thamir Abbas Ghadhban, Iraqi Minister of Investment and Chairman of Iraqi National Investment Committee. Dr. Liu gave a concise and comprehensive introduction to the basic experience of China in its reform and opening up process over the last 3 decades.
