Zhang Laiming

Zhang,?vice president?of DRC?and a member of the DRC's Party Leading Group, was born in Jinhu county, Jiangsu province, in August 1964. He got a bachelor's degree in law from Peking University, in July 1984, and a master's degree in law with a specialty in constitutional law from Peking University in July 1987.
