Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Oliver Letwin, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, UK Cabinet Office, on July 31, in Beijing, and they talked about the Sino-British Development Forum to be held in October, 2015.
