Pingnan opens annual tourism work conference

Pingnan County 2013 Tourism Work Conference.

Pingnan, a county in Fujian province, held its 2013 annual tourism work conference on March 15.

Chen Shaofeng, deputy of the Pingnan tourism bureau, summarized the work in 2012 and drew a detailed preparation plan for 2013, especially for the upcoming peak season.

He also emphasized tourist safety and signed letters of responsibility with directors of tourism enterprises in Pingnan.

Huang Mingze, a member of the Pingnan county standing committee, also gave a speech at the conference.

Ruan Sichun, deputy head of the county, presided over the meeting. Members from other government departments – including Zhang Deli, Chen Zhaohui and Zhang Chuanyang – also attended.
