Based on Article 11 of Administrative Measures for the Registration of Production and Business Operation Conducted by Enterprises of Foreign Countries (Regions) within the Territory of China, where the business license of a foreign company expires or the contract is terminated ahead of schedule, the company shall apply for cancellation registration with the original registration authority.
2. For those involving approval items, the enterprises shall submit effective approval documents or licenses.
