Ruzhou has created investment opportunities to enhance its environment and service construction. Until now, 26 capital projects from outside were brought in. Capital from other domestic areas reached 7.12 billion yuan.
Foreign capital exploitation reached 110 million yuan, taking 66.5 percent among the provincial target capital task 165.47 million yuan, which had risen to 100 percent compared with last year.
The export quota reached 1.65 million yuan, taking 35.5 percent among the provincial target capital task, which increased to 162.7 percent than last year.
By resorting to resource competiveness, ecology appetency, industry expansion, district intension and historical cultural inheritance, Ruzhou attenuated energy chemical industry, equipment manufacture, food handling, metallurgy, building materials industry.
Ruzhou aims to establish the biggest cement, corn-starch, biscuit production base; and coal, electricity, railway concrete slab sleeper production base.
Ruzhou also tried to implement preferential policies to create better investment environment. Any investment can enjoy the best policies and services as long as it is appropriate to the industry policy.
Ruzhou emphasizes investment quantity and quality. The higher investment quota, would contribute to more property tax revenues and developments since new industry projects would be encouraged.
Preferential policies are equal for domestic and foreign companies. The investment quality has changed from "rough" to "delicacy." Project selection and evaluation have been emphasized.
