In the first quarter of 2013, Ruzhou completed the public finance and budgeting of 382.08 million ($61.59 million), a year-on-year increase of 16.4 percent, including tax income of 263.38 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28 percent.
Ruzhou has emphasized industry development and has adopted several policies to optimize the infrastructure and investment environment. Financial operations management has also been strengthened. By the end of March, Ruzhou has completed the public finance and budgeting spending of 526.79 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.7 percent, including key finance spending of 432.13 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42 percent.
