Since the Customer (Enterprise) Service Center at Huaqiao economic development zone opened in April, a series of measures have been taken to provide heart-to-heart services for local enterprises.
The first measure involves the establishment of the administrative services center, with support by the Kunshan quality supervision bureau and the city's administrative service center. The center used their expertise in examination and ratification to achieve a service "overhaul", including issuing code cards, which are essential in validating enterprises’ identity. "The overhaul is aimed at allowing companies to have all their administrative affairs settled in Huaqiao, where they can enjoy our ‘zero-distance' services. Improving efficiency is to raise our development speed. The overhaul has raised service quality by broadening service content, thus accelerating the development of the service business park," said Tang Naixin, deputy director of the Administration Committee of the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone.
The second measure is compiling a guidebook for Huaqiao life, which will include information on 18 service stores including E-mart, McDonalds, Jinjiang Inn and Hualian Supermarket. The guide will clearly state what preferential services can be provided for customers.
The third measure is launching the first English salon at the end of last month to help the local youngsters improve their English. The employees from the China Data Group and Sino Ocean took part in the salon. Under the theme of techniques for business dinner, a Chinese-American hosted the salon and designed a variety of interactive games and programs to encourage participants to speak English. They also discussed at the end of the salon how to organize the English salon in the future.
