Tangram Customer Interaction Center, the first Customer Interaction Center in Huaqiao International Service Business Park, won the fifth China’s Best Call Center Award at the 2009 China Call Center Industry Summit in October.
The appraisal of China’s Best Call Center Award, the most authoritative and influential annual event in the call center industry, has been held consecutively for five years.
The appraisal of China’s Best Call Center Award is organized by the only call center industrial committee - China Call-Center & CRM Association (CNCCA), a supporting organization to the Ministry of Information Industry of China (MII) in its efforts to regulate the call center and CRM services market, and the only association for the call center and CRM services industry registered with the Civil Affairs Ministry of China.

While the office is under construction, TCIC will make trial operation at the temporary office building of the greenbelt headquarters in the Huaqiao International Service Business Park. It will gradually increase service seats from the current 300 to 5,000 when the new building is constructed.
