Semega: "Chinese Speed" stuns the world

On Feb 12, 2010, CGGC began to erect the precast beams for the floor of the Bamako No3 Bridge, marking the start of the bridge floor construction.
To celebrate the first anniversary of cornerstone-laying by Chinese President Hu Jintao and Mali President Amadou Toumani Toure on Feb 13, 2009, the project technical team held simple but solemn ceremony.
Ahmed Diane Semega, the Mali Minister of Equipment and Transportation, addressed the occasion the high-quality and fast construction of the bridge demonstrates marvelous "Chinese Speed".
