This hospital, established in 1958, is a general hospital with medical and emergency treatment, education, and research facilities and more than 270 employees.
It covers a 24,000-square-meter area and has the latest medical equipment, such as a Siemens spiral CT, CR, and C-Arm X-ray machine, in a modern building with oxygen supply center, and central air conditioning.
It has 20 departments for digestive, renal, cardiovascular, and respiratory diseases, pediatrics, oncology, urology, gynecology, obstetrics, surgery, minimally invasive treatments, and rehabilitative medicine, with 290 beds.
It provides treatment for more than 60,000 patients every year, 12,000 of them hospitalized and performs nearly 2,500 operations per year. It has become one of Hunan’s top county-level hospitals.
Changsha seeks to revive porcelain production
