Located at the Xiangjiang Avenue of Changsha City, the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt stretches from the south Heishipu Bridge under plan to the north of theMoon Island. Built in1995, it comprises tens of exercise squares, greenbelts and historic landscapes with integrated functions like flood protection, sightseeing, tourism, relaxation and fitness, etc.

Characteristics: The scenic belt is mainly featured by recreational corridors and sculptures, supplemented by such supporting facilities as small squares, landscape sketches, and ligntening in different forms. Various kinds of trees and shrubs are planted, which presentsthe harmonious landscape against the Xiang River.
